Terms & Conditions

No minimum requirement on the order quantity.
Items are based on first come first serve basis. Items will be reserved upon order and will be released to others if payment is not received within next 24hrs.
Priority will be given to customer who had made full payment.

Warranty of Goods/Services
All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Please refer to “Size Guide” page fore size reference.

Prices
All prices are in Singapore Dollars, excluding postage fees.

Delivery services
Delivery will be done by local mail Singpost. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during postage. We strongly encourage registered mail.

Payment Processing
We accept payments by ATM transfer or ibanking. Do note that transfers from banks other than POSB/DBS may take longer than 1/2 working days.
Kindly send us a email when payment is done with the following information.
Transaction Number, Bank Type, Payment method and mailing address/contact.

Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
We will send an email acknowledgment to the customer within 24 hours upon recieving the email orders.
If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Goods will be inspected before delivery.
In any case whereby goods is defective, refund may be made but we have the final decision.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for items to arrive from the last date of closing of orders.
